Someshwari

Someshwari, is an offering to Devi — my one and only refuge in this ever-changing world. She is the only one I can surrender to, the only one who embraces me in my most vulnerable moments — where I can be soft, weak, and a child again. Through this painting, I tried to capture that invisible comfort — the warmth of a mother who never leaves, who shows up through people, moments, and silence itself. It reminds us that Devi’s grace doesn’t always arrive in grand ways; sometimes it comes quietly, like a gentle hug when we need it the most. And you are never truly alone, for the Mother is always watching over you.
