Thank you for supporting Bhoomija Illustrates — an independent, homegrown art studio where each creation is made with love, care, and lots of emotions. Since every product is made or packed personally, I follow a no-return and no-refund policy, with a few exceptions for damaged or incorrect deliveries.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded, as most items are made-to-order or prepared in small batches.
- If you’ve entered an incorrect address or made an error while ordering, please email me at [bhoomija.illustrates@gmail.com] or message me on Instagram (@bhoomija.illustrates) within 12 hours of placing the order. I’ll do my best to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- As a small in-house business, I currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
- Every piece is carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction means a lot to me. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent:
- Please contact me via email or Instagram DM (@bhoomija.illustrates) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue.
- Once verified, I’ll happily send you a replacement at minimal cost.
Please note: Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrect items. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade and art-based products and are not considered defects.
4. Workshops and Events
- Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
- If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member by informing me at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a session is cancelled by Bhoomija Illustrates, participants may choose between a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
