3. Products and Orders
- All products are handmade or printed in limited quantities; slight variations may occur.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to payment issues or stock unavailability).
4. Shipping and Delivery

- Once shipped, Bhoomija Illustrates is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
As most of our products are made-to-order or limited edition:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery or incorrect.
- In such cases, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with an image of the issue.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been confirmed.
- Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
6. Custom Artworks
When commissioning custom artworks:
- A non-refundable advance (usually 70%) is required before work begins.
- The remaining payment is due before final shipping.
- Bhoomija Illustrates retains rights to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Workshops and Events
- Registrations are confirmed only after full payment.
- Bhoomija Illustrates reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event.
- Participants are responsible for their conduct during the event and must respect the creative space.
8. Payments
All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or similar).
Bhoomija Illustrates does not store your credit/debit card or banking details.
9. Privacy
Your personal data (like name, email, address, or phone number) will only be used to fulfill orders, communicate updates, or send newsletters if you’ve opted in.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
